1 Nürburgring sold...again

The Nürburgring is a renown public road/race track that has been home to some of the most epic automotive racing. The 22 kilometer Nordschleife made of narrow winding roads through the Eifel mountains are a test to every driver and the 5.2 km GP track that is home to the German F1 GP make the Nürburgring the one of the most iconic race tracks. The track has experienced financial difficulty the past year and has been on sale a few times.  For the small sum of around £63 million the Russian pharmaceutical billionaire Viktor Kharitonin has bought the ultimate private road. Information is still scarce about whether the 'ring  will remain open to the public, but judging by the number of cars on the Nürburgring webcam there is still money to be made from public access.

2 New Vauxhall Corsa OPC spotted

The successor to the hot version of Britain's rarest car has been spotted on the Nürburgring. The new Corsa will supposedly be equipped with the same 1.6 turbo engine as the previous model and the horsepower would be around the 210 mark.  The car was caught on the "green hell" doing suspension adjustments - something James May would absolutely love to hear.

3 Honda to make a successor to the Integra Type R

Moving on from the Nürburgring, there are speculations that Honda will make a successor to the iconic Integra Type R - the car that started the whole JDM movement. The news came from Dave Marek, the chief designer of Acura. "A performance brand needs a flagship and it needs an accessible sport car. Not a sports car, but a sport car." - he said as he was cut short by an overprotective PR rep. One thing we can be sure of though is that there will most certainly be a new sports car from Honda. For those of you who are not entirely familiar with the ITR - watch this video:

4 BMW 135i with M3 V8 Engine

The BMW 135i is a fantastic sports coupe. The low weight, short wheelbase and the powerful engine are a hat tip to the e30 M3 and together make what is almost a perfect coupe. And it just got a huge dose of steroids in the form of a V8 engine from a M3.  Made in Russia and sounding like an angry bear, the 135i V8 is a sight both for the eyes and ears.

5 In Soviet Russia....

Videos of people crashing Ferraris seem to be quite abundant on the web, mainly due to the fact that most of the owners think that money can buy them talent. Things are a bit different in Russia - there you don't crash your Ferrari into a Soviet Lada, Soviet Lada crashes you!

6 Audi A9/Ford Mondeo/Some new Hyundai Teaser

This beautiful machine is the new Audi A9. Or not. From the 10% we can see, this car can easily be the new Mondeo or some new Hyundai. The full car will be revealed at the LA Motor Show but until then we can only speculate how the A9 will look like. But from the inspirations that Marc Lichte showed the A9 looks like is going to be the new best looking Audi ever made.

7 2015 Suzuki Jimny ?!?

This is the 2015 Suzuki Jimny. Suzuki have been making these dwarf-4x4s for 16 years now and to celebrate the occasion they are rolling out the 2015 Jimny jam packed with new features. Some of them include a Gear Shift Indicator and ESP as standard - very modern. Suzuki did not stop there and added never before seen on the Jimny colors - silver and green. And now after wasting 80 words on a Jimny we must move on.

8 Tokyo car scene

This fantastic mini-documentary is part of the promotion of the new GoPro 4 and it provides us with some incredible sights and sounds from Tokyo nightlife and a look inside one of the most famous Porsche tuners - all in stunning 4k definition.  As I was personally interested in the Japanese car culture and the state of it, this video perfectly reflects the reality in this huge city. And that reality is fast loud and exuberant. I like it.

9 Lambo Flambé

Coming back to the UK with a bit more Lamborghini - this unlucky lad was too busy showing off his new Aventador to notice that the back end is on fire. When the driver got out and saw the flames he did the most smart thing, in his mind, and blew with his mouth. Naturally this didn't help so he decided to drown the fire in oxygen by taking off in a swift manner. That didn't help either.  Finally the driver managed to put out the fire with a water bottle had all along.

10 Datsun DeathMachine and Suzuki LastWish crash tested

Are you the type of person that likes to live life on the edge, likes to take risks, feels alive only when he is close to death and is always searching for a new thrill. If yes then there is not one but two cars for you to try your luck in. The Datsun Go and the Maruti Suzuki Swift have just received zero euro NCAP safety stars. This means that they are not protecting their drivers and passengers, but actively trying to kill them in every minor accident. Imagine backing up in your garage and hitting the wall- booom spine immediately broken and somehow the optional air bags open and break your nose.
